Fancy That is our flirtatious take on the classic espresso martini. We added the sweet and creamy flavor of strawberry liqueur and the minty/pine tones of rosemary to balance out this sweet and strong profile.

2oz coffee or espresso
1oz vodka
1oz rosemary syrup
1oz strawberry liqueur
.5oz Kailua
Combine in shaker. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into martini glass.
